KMC Controls needed a new solution to manage building air parameters on one dashboard, as they were experiencing issues due to their current fragmented systems. We conducted a detailed audit to develop a step-by-step redesign plan. Built a universal, user-friendly, and flexible dashboard, tailored to the client’s scale, allowing non-tech-savvy users to make informed decisions based on metrics. The solution improved operational efficiency and enhanced data accuracy. It also facilitated better communication among different departments.
