Interviews:

We conducted in-depth interviews with 10 bank clients (both individuals and legal entities) to understand their workflow, priorities, decision-making process, and pain points.

Usability
tests:

We observed user behavior with the current solution to understand habits, mistakes, and gain interface insights

Analysis:

Our team analyzed the collected materials and provided insights. Based on the research, we developed a plan to combine user-friendly design with business goals in one project.

Backlog Preparation & Prioritization:

The final research stage transforms qualitative and conceptual findings into concrete next steps for redesign, forming the backlog components
