PaymentCloud is a merchant service provider that wanted a Client onboarding application to replace their excel-based manual customer on boarding process with an online omnichannel solution which included a Payment Cloud CRM (Relationship management system) with AI and automation to expedite the full lifecycle from submission to review to underwriting and approval from a banking partner.Our client sought to enhance their sales and business processes using AI-powered automation. We developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), provided support, and continuously improved the product based on sales team’s feedback. We gathered requirements, designed and built a robust MVP, and launched it quickly. We provided ongoing support and maintenance, while continuously improving and scaling the product according to client feedback. Successful MVP launch, improved sales productivity and efficiency, enhanced decision-making through AI, and continuous platform enhancements based on positive user feedback. The solution improved productivity by 50% and increased revenue by 30%.
